Create a Stronger, Permanent, and more Beautiful New Smile

Dental Implants Deliver Unrivaled Longevity, Oral Function, and Versatility
If you have failing, decaying, or missing teeth, you’re not alone. Missing teeth can make simple activities like eating, speaking, and smiling more difficult and can even affect your self-confidence. Missing teeth create gaps within your smile, leading to more serious issues like jawbone loss, the shifting of your remaining teeth, and even changes to your facial structure. Dental implants solve these issues by providing a permanent, natural-looking solution for missing teeth!
A dental implant consists of three parts: a titanium or ceramic post placed in your jawbone to mimic a tooth root, an abutment that connects the implant post to the restoration (new teeth), and a custom-made crown that looks just like your natural tooth! Because dental implants fuse with your jawbone, they provide a stable, durable foundation that restores your smile’s function and appearance.
With dental implants, you can enjoy a complete, healthy smile that looks and feels like your own teeth, helping you live more comfortably and confidently!

Am I A Candidate for Implants?

We Offer Metal-Free Dental Implants for a Natural, Biocompatible Solution
At ARCH Dental + Aesthetics, we take a comprehensive approach to dental implant placement by offering zirconia, or ceramic, implants as a great alternative to traditional titanium implants. These metal-free dental implants are an excellent option for patients with metal allergies or sensitivities and those who prefer a more natural, biocompatible option to restore their smile.
We use our “Great on Eight” implant protocol when placing zirconia implants. This means we will place up to eight ceramic dental implants along the jawbone to create a stable foundation for your new set of teeth. Our zirconia implants are designed to integrate seamlessly with your jawbone and support your overall health and well-being. If you’re looking for a solution to smile reconstruction or simply want a more natural, metal-free option, ceramic implants offer a safe and effective way to restore your smile and confidence!
Versatile Options to Fit Any Need

Single Dental Implants
Single-tooth dental implants are permanent fixtures placed in your jawbone to replace a severely decayed or missing tooth. Unlike other tooth replacement options, dental implants function as a natural tooth root, promoting the health of your underlying bone and stimulating new bone growth. Supported by this artificial tooth root, your natural-looking and functional replacement tooth is designed to last for decades or even a lifetime!

Dental Bridges
A dental bridge fabricated from high-quality materials is color-matched to look natural alongside your existing teeth. A bridge eliminates unsightly smile gaps caused by one or more missing teeth in a row, prevents adjacent teeth from shifting, and restores your ability to eat and speak. However, only an implant-supported bridge eliminates the need to modify healthy teeth while stimulating the underlying bone.

Implant-Supported Dentures
Also known as overdentures, this type of denture is secured with a bar- or ball-retained device and can be made from natural-looking acrylic resin or porcelain. This prosthesis allows you to eat, speak, and smile confidently, whether fixed or removable. Implant-supported dentures, stabilized by two or more dental implants, can generally restore 60% of dental function. A fixed option further enhances convenience by eliminating the need for nightly removal and cleaning.

Full Mouth Dental Implants
Full mouth dental implants offer a comprehensive solution for individuals with extensive tooth loss, providing a stable and permanent foundation for prosthetic teeth. These implants restore nearly 100% of your natural biting and chewing power, allowing you to enjoy all your favorite foods without restrictions.
By integrating with your jawbone, full mouth dental implants help prevent bone loss and maintain your facial structure. They eliminate the need for messy adhesives and the inconvenience of removable dentures, enhancing comfort and confidence.
What to Expect from the Dental Implant Process
During your implant consultation at ARCH Dental + Aesthetics, we will discuss your oral health challenges, medical and dental history, and smile goals. We want to know how you hope dental implants can correct your current dental challenges. We will explain the procedure and determine your candidacy for dental implants.
If you qualify for implants and choose to proceed with the procedure, we can often collect your records on the same day! We will create impressions of your mouth and bite and perform digital X-rays and cone-beam computed tomography scans to analyze your bone structure. Using this information, we will craft your personalized treatment plan that fits your dental needs, smile goals, and budget.
We will begin with your dental implant placement using the personalized treatment plan we created during your consultation. Should you need any preliminary surgeries, such as tooth extractions or bone grafting, we can do that in the same appointment. We will begin by making small incisions in your gums to access the underlying bone and place your implants into the jawbone.
Once the implants are placed, we will attach an abutment connector and affix your temporary restoration. This temporary restoration will allow you to enjoy all the benefits of your new smile immediately, meaning you will never go without teeth!
While the healing process varies for everyone, it typically takes 3-6 for the gums to heal fully and the implant posts to integrate with your jawbone through osseointegration. Our team will provide detailed postoperative care and pain management guidelines to ensure a smooth recovery.
During this healing process, we will schedule surgical follow-up and maintenance visits over the next 3-4 months to ensure your implant posts properly integrate with your bone. During these visits, we will address any questions you have and make any necessary adjustments to your temporary prosthesis (teeth).
After your implant procedure, we will fit you with a temporary prosthesis on the same day. However, sometimes, you may require a second temporary, known as your final temporary. This final temporary is only created if we need to make any adjustments or fine-tune more details of your first temporary. We do this to ensure a perfect, precise, and accurate fit when creating your final teeth set.
Once your mouth has healed and your implants have completely integrated with your jawbone, we will create and place your final prosthesis! This final set of teeth is made from high-quality materials that mimic the look and feel of your natural teeth and was fine-tuned down to the very last detail to ensure a proper fit. With regular checkups and a proper at-home hygiene routine, your dental implants can last a lifetime!
